The Brantingham is a stylish two-bedroom holiday home with a gently contemporary design, featuring a single side entrance and an impressive front elevation with deep triple windows—wider at the centre—the Brantingham benefits from an abundance of natural light and a bright, open feel.
Upon entering, you step into a well-designed kitchen and dining area. The dining space includes a rectangular table and four chairs with upholstered seats and distinctive Mackintosh-inspired detailing. The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged in two sections, offering generous storage and workspace.
One side houses the integrated fridge freezer and additional cupboards, while the main U-shaped kitchen area includes a stainless-steel cooker with glass lid, extractor hood, and sink. Light wood-effect cabinetry is complemented by subtle decorative detailing, creating a clean, contemporary finish. Although there is no kitchen window, excellent lighting is provided by inset ceiling spotlights and cooker hood illumination.
The open-plan lounge is positioned at the front of the home and flows naturally from the dining area. Fixed U-shaped seating provides ample space for family and guests, pebble-effect electric fire is set within a stylish storage unit featuring drawers and display surfaces—perfect for keeping clutter neatly hidden.
The layout offers flexible TV positioning, either wall-mounted or placed on the corner unit.
